I love the Zune HD and it's user interface. I own a 32 gig and my two daughters each have a 16 gig Zune. I have a subscription to Zune pass which saves me alot of money, 3 zunes + unlimited downloads = awesome.

Great product, im pretty sure I don't have to say anything else that the 5 or 4 star reviews say. i watch my movie & listen to my music & radio just fine. I use it when I exercise, when ever i wanna just listen to music, & when I'm driving around without any kind of problems even when I'm changing the station or the song.

It does what it is is designed to do. -- 2010-07-27
All of the components and cables are well made.
It is easy to set up and the sound quality is great.
It has multiple base plates, for different models of Zune.
The base plates only fit a naked Zune. So any protective cases must be removed. For me it's a minor inconvenience and one that I quickly adjusted to.
Remote is Terrible -- 2010-07-20
I bought this product so that I could connect my Zune to my home stereo and be able to change tracks with the remote while working at my desk 6 feet away. Unfortunately the remote Microsoft has designed for this dock is complete garbage. It will not work from more than 4 feet away and even then only in a completely straight line with the dock. This makes the dock useless for me and a wasted purchase.
EDIT: I replaced the no name battery that came with the remote with a brand new Energizer battery and it effectively doubled the range of the remote making it useful again.

Very cool product! Really allows us to enjoy our music library in the living room. The 720p image quality looks good; I wish it was 1080p but that is minor. Overall it is a great choice if you want to have a "lean-back" experience and share your music/movies with others.
Remote is the Issue -- 2010-06-09
I bought this for a party with the hope of being able to show/play the music over the TV. When the product works it is great. Picture is great and sound is very nice.
The main issue is the remote. The damn thing does not work. I have to push the button 7-9 times before it will register the command. The remote is the main thing that is holding this item back. If it was not for that then I would have given it 5 stars. I thought it was an issue with the one I had and returned it and got another but I had the same issue.

Prefer my my Sanza Fuze and Ipods -- 2010-07-28
This was the first mp3 player I ever bought, and I honestly wish I'd never gotten one. The package I purchased did not include any software, you had to download it (which would have been fine, but I run OTR trucks, and comcast just can't keep up). When I contacted Micro$oft regarding getting the software, they sent me a cd that had nothing more than the drivers. After sitting on this thing for a few months, I was able to use a friends wifi to download the software. The software immediately modified and changed many of the tags and info I had on my music collection. I have never cared for this player simply because the software created far too many headaches for me. As for the player itself, it is very sturdy, and can take a pretty good beating. I had it on my dash in a head on semi-semi accident, and was told that was still playing when the paramedics arrived. If you don't have a large music collection, and you have a constant internet connection, then this may be a very nicce player, but it just wasn't right for me. I was able to find a much less expensive player, the Sanza Fuze, that I absolutely love. It does not require any special software like the Zune and Ipods do.

There's been problems with loading the screen menu on the zune. I'm not sure if it's suppose to do that if I have screen lock enable.. but one I took it off, it still does it.. so I'm a bit iffy on that.

Handy Charging Option -- 2010-07-16
This is a great way to keep Zune charged at work. I just leave the dock plugged in at my desk and can charge when I need to without worrying about having any other cords/chargers with me. Another bonus was that it works with the original Zune.

It's easy to put together and a lot easier that plugging my Zune into my computer when I want to charge it! I reccomend it to anyone who isn't foolish enough to buy an iPod. An iPod is fleeting. Zune's are lasting.

The best earbuds that don't cost a fortune -- 2010-07-03
The Zune Premium headphones are everything you could ask for in an earbud. They have unparalleled sound quality, and their cord has a nice string coating so they dont tangle easily. The magnets in the bud keep the two together nicely when not in use, and their price is reasonable, especially on amazon. I have gone through three pairs of them because my cat likes to chem them up, but I could not go to any other earbud after I tried these. Buy them, they are the best.
very very good headphones (3 years experience with them!!) -- 2010-07-02
so i have to start off by saying i got these headphones originally with my zune 80. what you get with them is the head phones and a few different size ear inserts (im not sure what they are called). i always use the smallest size and they are very very comfortable! with these head phones on i do not need to turn the volume all the way up to hear the music, on my computer the volume is usually 1/5 of the total loudness and on my zune its usually at about 9 and when i'm riding my bike its at 13. this is out of a 20 btw. i had my first pair of these for about 7 months, when all of a sudden the left one stopped working, if i held it at a certain angle it would work again, but eventually neither of them worked, i dont know why, but they just broke. i loved these head phones so much that i had to buy another pair. and i've had these same head phones for about 2 years now with out a problem. i also consider these noise canceling, because i literally can't hear the outside world with these on. and its not even all the way turned up.i am a little disappointed that the price for these headphones went up (i got them for $30) but they are still worth it. if your wondering how they compare to ipod head phones, these blow them out of the park. ipod headphones are uncomfortable and dont cancel any noise. get these, trust me!
