 | Sennheiser RS120 926 MHz Wireless RF Headphones with Charging Cradle
best so far -- 2010-03-11 i have tryed so many but i think this is the one best so far
Bad fit, great quality -- 2010-03-10 I got these headphones on sale and I am very pleased with them. They have weird problems though. The fit is lousy. They fall off if you lean forward even a little. I use a stretchy headband to keep mine on. The volume dial and the tune dial are on the same side and it is really easy to use the wrong dial when adjusting the volume. The headphones lose the signal but it isn't very difficult to get it back. It's just annoying. I tried using regular alkaline batteries and they work great. I wear my headphones for seven or eight hours at a time. The alkalines lasted three days before I decided to switch back to rechargeables. I prefer to use rechargeable batteries, but I take them out of the headphones and charge them separately. The headphones don't fit on the charging stand all that well and the charging indicator light always stays on. Better to be safe than sorry! The range on these things is fabulous. The sound quality is excellent. The headphones come with lousy written instructions. You need an internet connection so you can go online and see how to set everything up. I love these headphones though and plan to buy another set in the near future.

 | Sony MDR-IF240RK Wireless Headphone System
Great Headset for the price -- 2010-03-08 The Sony MDR-IF240RK are very great for what I use them for. If you need to use the for watching tv or listening to music without desturbing others this is the set. If you plan on walking around the house with these this is NOT the set they do not go through walls and around corners as soon as you are out of direct range they cut off. The battery life is the best I had so far they last over 3 hours on a single charge.
A good nights sleep at last!!! -- 2010-03-08 Due to the fine quality and affordable price of this product, I now sleep peacefully at nights while my husband is able to watch his favorite late night shows. Thank you Sony for bringing peace into our bedroom again!

 | Sony MDRRF970RK 900 MHz Analog RF Wireless Headphone
Typical Sony --- a so-so product -- 2010-03-10 When I bought this set at a BestBuy guy's suggestion, it had been a good 10 years since my previous Sony purchase. And this one didn't turn out to be a very good choice. I live in a single-family house, with neighbors all at least 80' away. So neighbors' interference shouldn't be a major issue. Still, about 40% of the time, the sound would turn a little coarse, like a man with a soar throat singing. All the channel selections, checking the batteries and their positions, etc. did nothing to help. The remaining 60% of the time, the sound quality is reasonably good, but not terrific.
Don't trust the "up to xxxx feet" range Sony claims. Its actual range in my house is about 25' in my house (with 2 walls or 1 floor + 1 wall) before the sound turns funny.
I'm looking for a new wireless headset now, but I'm done with Sony for good.
A look at wireless headsets -- 2010-03-02 This is my second wireless headset. My first one was a Sony also and worked extremely well for about 10 years. It survived two moves and finally gave up the ghost.
I was so pleased with the first that I went back to Sony, a little better model this time. It is fantastic. I'm not deft but if there is any noise whatsoever in the room I can't understand what is being said on TV. This unit puts a stop to that. I use it sometimes, actually frequently when I am alone just because I can hear so much better with it.
I would guess that these units last about 10 years with normal use and I can't imagine being without mine.

 | Sennheiser Rs110 926 Mhz Wireless Rf Headphones
Sennheiser heasphones -- 2010-03-03 I have owned many headphones in the past. Some very high dollar and some not. All wired. This is my first set of wireless phones and I really like the freedom that the wireless provides. It is great to be able to go from room to room without having to remove the headphones or interrupt my listening pleasure. The Sennheisers provide a quality sound with the convenience of mobility. My high dollar Koss have a much better sound quality but cost 5 times more. I would definitely recommend this product and would not hesitate to purchase them again if necessary. The only downside to these is the short battery life. I have had the product for about 3 weeks and have had to replace the batteries 3 times. I do use them on average about 8 to 9 hours daily but have not owned this type of product in the past so have no past experience to compare battery life to.
Wireless headphones -- 2010-02-21 This is supposed to be one of the top brands in audio reproduction and for the price I paid for this set I am amazed. They easily compare to the Koss headphones I had for many years but these ones are wireless. I am impressed with the deep bass and the excellent reproduction of the high frequency. The batteries last a long time considering what the product does and the range is unbelievable. I am not rich, I bought the first set in a store and was so impressed that I bought an additional set on the net but this time refurbished. They came directly from Sennheiser with every component individually wrapped and they looked like a brand new product. I was so impressed again that I decided to get another set for work and got me a third set, it's great not having to break your earphone cables constantly when you get up from your desk (you have no idea how many I broke) and it's a great improvement when listening to euro digital radio stations. The first set it's almost 3 years and still sounds excellent so reliability is great. I hope this helps.

 | Sony DRBT50 Stereo Bluetooth Headset
Good wireless -- 2010-02-08 They are big but they work very well. Battery is about 18 hrs. They get hot. Wireless is excellent.
Intermittent sound -- 2010-02-06 I use these headphones with a MacBook Pro, and I got a new one this year. With the old computer, they were great. With the new computer, there are almost always problems with Bluetooth pairing, and the sound almost always cuts out enough to make them unlistenable. They may work with your computer, and they may not. Be sure to test them thoroughly while you can still return them.

 | Sennheiser RS 140 Wireless Balanced Headphones
Great product! -- 2010-03-09 I have purchased two sets. During the several months since purchase I had no problems with these headphones. They work great for watching TV. Sound quality is very good. Battery life is long enough for watching a couple of shows and then you can recharge it until the next time. The system allows for the use of two headphones on the same receiver which is a very nice feature. The headphones tend to be a bit heavy on the ears after a couple of hours but other than that, I have no complaints (not a big issue though).
Not what I expected -- 2010-03-08 There is simply too much background noise when there isn't any music playing, and even when there is music on, I could still hear the buzzing noise. If this is true of all wireless models, then I would rather stick to wired headphones.

 | Sennheiser RS 160 Digital Wireless Headphone
Great sound, comfortable, but why in the world... -- 2010-03-08 I bought these based on user reviews here and elsewhere. The sound is clear and full. The ear cups are very comfortable for long wear. The head strap is also very comfortable. I'm very satisfied with the sound quality and wear-ability. But, the UI is pretty weak for these headphones. Another reviewer complained about battery life. However, I think that's probably part of the same problem. What I'm referring to is the multifunction switch used to turn the headphones on/off and also to mute the sound. If the phones are 'on' and you press the switch momentarily, you put the headphones into mute. If left in that condition, the batteries will drain. To turn the phones off, you have to press and hold for approximately 1 second. That I can live with. What really gripes me is that even when the base unit is plugged into wall power, it will shut off automatically whenever you turn off the phones. This means that every time I want to use them, I have to press a switch on both units. Why can't the base unit stay on when it's not being powered by batteries? I mean, how many people are going to use batteries for the base unit anyway? If that's a problem, why not program the multifunction switch to turn on the base unit when the headphones are energized?
sweet sound of sennheiser -- 2010-03-01 this is my second sennheiser purchase in the past week. i first got the pc 350 for my own gaming needs, and they were awesome. then my dad tried them and they worked so great for treating his tinnitus with audio, that i got him this set. he didnt need a mic and a wireless solution best fit his needs. i was torn with all the options available, and did i really need to spend a bundle on a headset. the answer was no. i mean, sure, if you have a cpl grand lying around for headphones, then im sure you can get better. but for the price, these are perfect. speaking of a cpl grand, there is a tinnitus treatment device, i forget the name, that my dads doctor suggested. it cost 5k. this plus a sounds of nature cd, and free online noise generators and gnaural, an open source frequency generator cost a total of 215.00. savings of 4785.00 for my dad for something that works great.
there is absolutely no buzzing in this set and that can be attributed to the Kleer technology. ive had wireless in the past that just never should have been made. these are crystal , ehhem, kleer. the range is good enough that my dad was able to wander from attic to basement and outside to the pool and it never once hiccupped. the construction of the house, and materials used, have always made wireless anything a challenge to set up in the past. and these just performed beautifully from the get go. no hassle with base unit placement.
my wish for these is that they came with a standard audio input adapter so i could have set him up with the tv as well instead of having to drive to an electronics store during my visit. i also wish they came with a "stand type" base unit that could cradle the set while not in use, instead of the circular "desk space taker upper". not real serious issues, and neither effect sound quality. if i could have taken half a star away for design i would, but this certainly did not warrant me taking a full star off, so 5 it is.
the ear cups are comfortable and soft. the set, like my other sennheiser experiences, are a bit heavy, but ive come to prefer that over flimsy breakable models and brands. another win from sennheiser. i will never by another brand again.

 | Sony MDR-IF540RK Wireless Headphone System with Rechargeable Battery
Good headphones -- 2010-03-07 Happy with these headphones, but agree with other reviews that you do have to turn the receiver volume way up and turn down the headphone volume in order to decrease the background hiss. I use them directly in front of our entertainment center, so no problems with reception from transmitter. I'm sure there are better headphones out there but these are good quality for the money.
Tweak your settings a bit, and you'll have success! -- 2010-02-21 Okay, I read all the reviews, was a little hesitant since some people said the sound was fuzzy and terrible sounding, but that wasn't the majority. I decided to take a chance, as they did seem like the best for the price range.
When I first took them out of the box, I got really, really worried as there was a ton of fuzzy hiss while watching a movie from my iMac. Ive now finally tweaked it to the right setting. For me and my computer it is setting 3-4 on the headphones, full computer sound volumes. I only hear a little static when there is a quiet point in a movie or if there is a scene change. And that is expected.
The sound quality is even better on my tv.
It is a little annoying that you have to be in view of the receptor, but all I do is just throw it on top of my tv (small tv) and lay down with it and I have no issues.
I also love the fact that the band acts as the on/off switch, as well as lack of any sound transmission, thus meaning if you fall asleep you wont be wasting battery. I haven't used the vibration switch yet, but that is another cool feature for these guys.
These headphones have saved my sanity with having to deal with loud neighbors.
Extremely comfortable, great sound,

 | Cables Unlimited 900MHz Wireless Stereo Headphones (SPK-9100)
These headphones are great! -- 2010-03-10 I ordered these after reading the other reviews, and I'm very happy with them. I can watch TV while my partner sleeps or works. The quality is good, and so far, I've walked about 10-15 feet away, and the sound is still fine.
marriage saver -- 2010-03-08 I replaced an old pair of wireless headphones with these. The old ones had a lot of static; these are static free. The headband and earpieces are very comfortable. I was able to plug them directly into the back of our newer TV which makes them very easy to use. The recharging base is a great idea, although we just switch out rechargable batteries so the headphones themselves stay close; however, the batteries last a long time. Best yet, my husband likes the exact opposite shows that I do--the more shooting, etc the better; and the louder the better. With these, he is happy and I have peace and quiet. So far, great product.

 | Sylvania SYL-WH930GB Wireless Headphones (Black)
Good value for the money. -- 2010-03-10 I would like to be able to purchase and AC adapter for the base unit. The range is good. I get decent coverage all over my little chunk of the American Dream. I get some interference from electrical appliances, but not too bad.
Excellent!! -- 2010-03-07 Excellent product!! Have had two other expensive set's of wireless phones and thought i would experiment with these. You cannot ask for better clarity. I actually wore them into the next room and were still clear as a bell. Do not pass these up.
